Being neither a lesbian, or, ahem, old, I can’t speak for myself of course, but I have to say that I am offended and outraged on behalf of the people who are not as privileged as me.

Get a grip you bunch of old women.

I find this remark both ageist and sexist. Consider this a warning.

It would be handy if BBC Lincolnshire were to tell us how many complaints they received and who were these complainers.

Little-known freelance local radio commentator in Lincolnshire gets mild rebuke for using sexist language after being warned in the past and the political correctness gone mad crowd start hyperventilating.

Get a grip you bunch of old women.

Having worked for the BBC for a number of years I've always been very pro but over the past couple of years, they've turned into a timid mouse, too frightened to offend.

This decision is utterly ridiculous.

Has there ever been a disciplinary against a minority for offending - I don't even know the PC term to describe my group but I'm going to go with 'normal, at the risk of offending anyone who feels that's a derogatory term to everyone else in the world.

All this shit comes from American colleges first before infesting the normal world.

Here is a recent fuss where the Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys was exposed as Hitler for buying a watermelon.

Re: BBC football pundit suspended for referring to players' scuffle as 'handbags'
Here's a question then.

Bloke that works for me, early 60s, says a few sexist things to me, but had cut back totally on saying it to others, has a tendency to get the younger women on his team, late 20s, early 30s - all highly educated professionals, to do any admin work he wants done (he's technologically challenged). he never asks the men who work for him of similar experience to do it.

Are these women out of line to complain about it and should i just brush it aside as no big deal?
